We are currently looking for a dynamic individual with an understanding of consumer technology to help manage and expand our products and services, and in particular, our mobile and iPhone applications.

With a number of customers ranging from pharmaceutical companies to charities, we are currently facing a huge demand for projects. Therefore, someone who can manage our current work flow whilst also looking for new opportunities would be ideal. Specific tasks include some, or all of the following

 

  • Manage customer pipeline
  • Return calls and emails from customers covering day to day issues
  • Provide initial help and advice, or take details for escalation
  • Provide timely responses to customers
  • Manage periodic communications with customers
  • Educate customers about new features
  • Run email campaigns
  • Liaise with our PR agency
  • Help with social media
  • Work on proposals and other collateral as required

PA/Admin

We are currently looking for a bright and enthusiast administrator to handle day to day administration duties for the company. This will include

 

  • Helping the sales and marketing director handle queries from customers
  • Helping manage the prospects pipeline, providing reports, updating contact details etc.
  • Provide initial help and advice to customers or prospects or take details for escalation
  • Help manage periodic communication with customers
  • Help with billing and invoicing
  • Help with social media
  • Work on proposals and other collateral as required
