Log In Support

To log in to your account simply enter your email and password / unique key in the field at the top of every page and press enter.

Once logged in, you can view the location of your vehicles or iPhones, see alerts, configure settings and view comprehensive help. The functions available depend on your customer type. To see more information including screenshots, check one of our demos.

iPhone Log On Problems

If you have an iPhone and are having problems logging in, please check the iPhone support pages for further help.

Notes:

  • The username is case sensitive. Please check you have entered the correct email address as the iPhone will often capitalise the first letters.
  • The unique key is also used as the password to enter the myAutoAlert site. If you have forgotten the unique key, click open the AutoAlert Tracker application on your iPhone and press the settings button. The unique keyis shown in the top field on the settings page.

Enter your email or unique key and press enter to have your account details emailed to your registered email address:
